Project Coordinator – Moonley Interactive Location Kozhikode, Kerala Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) About Us We’re Moonley Interactive, an integrated marketing and advertising agency. We handle everything from digital marketing and SEO to brand strategy, video production, and influencer marketing. We work with all kinds of brands to create campaigns that actually get results. About the Role We’re looking for a full-time Project Coordinator who can help keep things running smoothly between our clients and our team. You’ll be working closely with our marketing, creative, and production teams, making sure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and communication is clear. What You’ll Do Coordinate different marketing projects from start to finish Be the main contact for clients you’re assigned to Work with our SEO, content, video, brand, and design teams to keep projects moving Keep track of timelines, tasks, and deliverables Share updates with clients and the team Spot problems early and help fix them before they become big issues What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, account management, or marketing coordination (agency experience is a bonus) Good communication and organization skills Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Some knowledge of digital marketing and creative production is a plus Experience with project management tools is an asset What You’ll Get Full-time work, Monday to Friday Profit sharing opportunities A friendly and collaborative work culture Room to grow your career Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
