Business Development Officer

As a Business Development professional with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of social media and other tools to generate leads, conduct cold calling, prospecting, and territory management. You will work closely with the marketing department to execute strategic plans that result in key customer wins and high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospective clients, following up with clients, and understanding their requirements will be crucial aspects of your job. Your ability to guide customers with comprehensive knowledge of services and ensure premium levels of client satisfaction will set you apart. Meeting monthly and quarterly targets, generating leads, and excelling in sales and negotiation are key performance indicators for this role. In addition to your sales acumen, you should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in English, and excel in client coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and documentation.
