Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Saket, Delhi

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Officer who will handle both field sales and inside sales activities. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospects, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and online leads
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
• Handle inside sales via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update leads and sales data in CRM/MIS
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
• Experience in sales/BD
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales
• Startup or service-industry experience
• Immediate joiner preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
