Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves conducting market analyses, creating strategic business plans, collaborating with internal departments, and managing customer inquiries to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Finance and the ability to evaluate business models
• Excellent Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on relationship-building
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
