Business Development Officer

As a Property Manager, your role involves ensuring productivity and accountability to meet set goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying potential tenants through advertising and marketing vacant spaces, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises - Managing contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits - Maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, planning renovations, and contracting landscaping services - Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants - Overseeing the sale, rental, or development of properties - Negotiating lease/contracts with contractors promptly and reliably - Handling all aspects of partnerships with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, including tenant management and finding new business opportunities - Sourcing and developing relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Regular) is highly preferred - At least 15 years of equivalent work experience in property management in both commercial and residential sectors - Comprehensive experience in property purchases, sales, rentals, and development - Proficiency in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates - Sound knowledge of property law, taxes, financial statements, and Real Estate Laws and Regulations Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
