Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs.

· Present and promote Axo Media’s services to prospective clients.

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

· Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development preferably in signage industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

· Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.

· Knowledge of advertising/media industry is an added advantage.
