Job Description – Business Development Officer

• 1. Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients within the designated area.
• Meet corporate clients to present and promote company products.
• Drive sales in line with the company’s business strategy.
• Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
• Explore opportunities with new corporate customers and bulk buyers.
• Identify business opportunities within the government sector.
• Participate in auctions and tenders related to company products in government departments.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and market trends
• 2. Key Accountabilities
• Achieve consistent conversion of leads into sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• 3. Person Specifications & Competencies
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
• Proficient in the local language; English proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Effective coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
