We collaborate with banks, NBFCs, merchant banks, and global grant-making institutions to design transparent, inclusive, and impact-linked financial ecosystems across India, ASEAN, and Africa.

Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage

  merchant banks, NBFCs, and financial partners

  for ESG-linked MSME finance.
• Research and qualify

  grant programs

  , sustainability funds, and blended finance instruments relevant to Ethyx.
• Draft

  concept notes, applications, and proposals

  for funding or partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a

  pipeline tracker

  for merchant banking and grant leads.
• Collaborate with founders on pitch decks, concept frameworks, and partnership documentation.
• Represent Ethyx in outreach with incubators, DFIs, and institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in

  business development, partnerships, or grant writing

  (preferably in fintech, ESG, or social enterprise domains).
• Strong analytical writing, research, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of capital markets, NBFC ecosystem, and development finance structures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work autonomously and think strategically.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
