Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development role located in North Delhi. The Business Development professional will identify and generate leads, develop marketing and sales strategies, conduct market research, and engage with potential clients. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data to make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Market Research, including analyzing trends and competitors
• Customer Service skills focused on building and maintaining positive relationships
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach
• Relevant work experience in business development; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
