Company Name- Port Translogistics Pvt Ltd Designation- Business Development & Marketing for Logistics & Transportation Experience- 8 to 10 years (Experience in BD for Logistics) Salary- 5LPA – 6LPA (As per relevant experience) Incentive- As per Performance Education- MBA in Marketing Location – Bhubaneswar Language Known- Odia, English & Hindi Roles & Responsibilities: · Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in logistics and transportation sectors. · Generate B2B leads through networking, referrals, and corporate outreach. · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and corporate customers. · Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals. · Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to promote logistics services in Odisha and Eastern India. · Develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, and case studies. · Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking. · Monitor trends in freight rates, warehousing demand, and regional supply chain challenges. · Report business development pipeline, deal status, and revenue forecasts to senior management. · Recommend pricing strategies based on customer profiles and market conditions. Skill: · Should be good in acquisition of New Business · Should be good in Communication with Corporate Customers. · Strong understanding of the Indian logistics industry · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Proven track record in corporate sales and client handling · Ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth targets · Familiarity with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. · Should be able to prepare cost sheet for particular/ Different customers as per their requirements.
