Business Development Manager (BDM) – Direct IT Sales

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new IT sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and present compelling solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related.
  • 3–7 years in IT/direct sales, with a proven ability to hit targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • CRM proficiency; familiarity with IT products and solutions.
