Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us expand our reach. You should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on sustainable growth.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing target audience concerns

• Build long-term relationships

• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, sales or relevant field.

• Proven sales track record

• Proficient in English

• knowledge and Experience in Dermatology , Aesthetics , wellness

• Communication and negotiation skills
