Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development

Manager/Executive to lead our marketplace's onboarding, activation, and

administration of refurbished and used mobile dealers.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and onboard second-hand and refurbished mobile dealers to the

marketplace.

Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating documentation, account setup, and

training on platform features.

Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and ensure timely follow-ups.

Drive activation of newly onboarded dealers by ensuring they engage with the

marketplace partners actively.

Educate partners on marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to

enhance their sales performance.

Monitor partner activity to identify and address engagement gaps.

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to enhance loyalty and

retention.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner activation rates,

Revenue and retention.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the partner base in line with business

goals.

Follow-up of the sales pipeline daily and make sure all activities (call/mail/f2f) are

tracked accordingly.

Update the Reports related to all daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Monitor and analyse the Electronics retail market developments, through sourcing data,

researching the market and being across all potential opportunities for growth and

distribution

Requirement

Proven experience in business development, partner management, or sales, preferably

in the second-hand/refurbished mobile or e-commerce industry.

Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and dealer operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

Ability to travel as required for partner meetings and market visits.

Relevant and successful experience within the sales and Telecom retail market in the

consumer electronic Gadgets & technology.

A self-starter, driven, ambitious individual with a strong desire to make a difference.

Consistent track record working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
