Job Description

Role Purpose

The Partner Manager Gold is responsible for driving business revenue through channel partners by building strong relationships, managing partner performance, and delivering growth outcomes. The role ensures partner enablement, operational excellence, and alignment with overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through assigned partners.
  • Acquire new partners and expand the existing channel ecosystem.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target customer segments.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with Gold-tier partners.
  • Engage partners with clear business plans, incentive programs, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner onboarding, compliance, and contract management.

Enablement & Productivity

  • Train partners on product portfolio, pricing, value propositions, and GTM (Go-To-Market) plans.
  • Drive partner certifications and capability building.
  • Support pre-sales, solutions alignment, and proposal management.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate funnel management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment, billing, collection support, and customer lifecycle requirements.
  • Track partner performance metrics including pipeline, closures, churn, and profitability.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Requirements

  • Channel sales experience in telecom, IT, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive partner sales strategy and execution.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Ownership mindset and result-driven attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Innovative and flexible in designing GTM and engagement strategies.
  • Open to learning new products, processes, and business approaches.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in channel or enterprise sales.
