Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and executing strategic plans, and conducting market research. Daily tasks will include client negotiations, leading sales initiatives, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the fintech, wealth management, and cryptocurrency/blockchain industries
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and market research
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with digital marketing and client relationship management is a plus
