Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gandhidham. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and identifying trends to adjust strategies. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

• Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
