Business planning and strategy

Business planning, forecasting and development of go-to-market strategy/plan
Understanding trends and competition review to enhance business opportunity through prospective clients.
Evaluating new opportunities to ensure focus on the best opportunities
Leadership and direction for continuous growth and development of business
Strategic planning, budgeting, and business forecasting for the region
Creating a strategy for maximizing market share
Target allocation to the teams; client mapping and making strategy accordingly.

Business development

Developing and managing relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
Ability to create and develop briefs, proposals, and presentations to ensure conversion of opportunities to business.

Process management

Development, communication, and implementation of business processes, systems, and best practices in the region
Guide and support the team in creating impactful presentations and pitch documents to drive client acquisition and showcase Wizcraft’s full range of offerings.
