We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain stock market services.
• Generate leads and convert them into Demat & Trading account openings.
• Explain products like Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, SIP, IPO, Commodity & Currency.
• Handle client queries and provide basic investment guidance.
• Maintain lead records and daily reports.
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and account openings.
• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Promote company’s trading platforms and investment plans.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.

• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).
• Confident in calling & convincing clients.
• Basic understanding of stock market terms.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good with follow-up and lead management.
• Knowledge of Excel/CRM is an advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts effectively.
• Effective project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
