Job Description

Position Overview

The VRV/VRF Project Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, providing technical solutions, and supporting projects from inquiry to order finalization. The role requires strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, project management skills, and customer-oriented sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and manage VRV/VRF project opportunities through consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients.
  • Promote company’s VRV/VRF product range through technical presentations and solution-based selling.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Meet assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives.

2. Technical Support

  • Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and system design for VRV/VRF solutions.
  • Provide technical clarification and support during tendering, design review, and project execution stages.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams for drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.

3. Project Coordination

  • Follow up on ongoing tenders and projects with consultants and contractors.
  • Assist in project handover from sales to execution team after order finalization.
  • Support site teams with specifications, product details, and engineering guidance when required.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with consulting engineers, MEP contractors, and facility owners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars for key customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer queries.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product positioning, and new market trends.
  • Provide timely reports on market opportunities, challenges, and customer insights.
