Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing sales pipelines. They will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Knowledge of natural ingredients and related industries (healthcare, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
