Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing) located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in the US IT staffing sector. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, formulating strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
