Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Engage in client outreach and relationship building to create new business partnerships.
• Preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials to engage prospective clients.
• Collaborate with various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Participate in networking events, workshops, and industry conferences to represent the company and build professional connections.
• Analyze and report on business development activities and outcomes.
• Assist with the management of CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT solutions, analytics, or e-Governance domains or HNI Portfolio in banks.
• Strong interest in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in

  English & Hindi is must.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have the aptitude to understand various govt policies, read newspaper and make inferences and have flair for analysing business news/opportunities.
