Business Development Manager Service Sales Location: Mumbai and Vadodara, India (On-site) Experience: 5 to 10 years | Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager Service Sales to lead growth initiatives in the Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors. This role focuses on selling high-value, compliance-based technical services, including: Third-Party Inspections (TPI) Safety Audits Certifications Process Safety Assessments Quality Assurance & Compliance Services As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering tailored solutions that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities Achieve annual revenue targets of 5 to 7 Cr through strategic service sales. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. Promote core services such as inspections, safety audits, certifications, and compliance solutions. Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into long-term contracts. Oversee client empanelment and registration processes with major industry bodies. Collaborate with technical teams to craft client-specific, standards-compliant proposals. Ensure superior post-sales support to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor industry developments, regulatory shifts, and client demands to stay ahead of the curve. Requirements Experience: 5- to 10 years in B2B service sales or business development, specifically within the Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications, and process safety practices. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and key account management. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to target markets. Education B.E./B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
