Role Description

dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mining sector
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close business deals
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery
• Conduct market research and stay updated with mining industry trends & competitors

Ideal Qualifications:

✅ Graduate in Any Stream /MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field

Mining/Heavy Industry/Industrial sector preferred

✅ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✅ Ability to travel frequently and meet clients at mining sites or offices
