Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to target new markets, negotiating contracts, overseeing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.

• Proficiency in relationship management and collaboration to build and maintain long-term partnerships
• Experience in sales, marketing strategies, and business planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the event management industry
