Job Description

The Person will be responsible to drive acquisition from the Retail & Auto vertical, wherein vision is to be the preferred Training consulting company. In this endeavor role he would be responsible to drive business KPIs around order book, revenue , collection and the entire customer success mix.

Responsibility for account acquisition.

Complete ownership for account mapping , account acquisition & key account management.

Responsible for supporting end-to-end Project Inception to Project operations - project management, team management, budget and timelines

Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines

Maintain and submit training reports and documents

Ability to work with others in a harmonious manner to achieve organizational goals in the prescribed time

NPS management

Job Requirement

o 8-10 years of which should have at least 6 years in hard core managing business involving BD, Operations & Solutioning.

o Working with leading training company (Working with Retail brands /OEMs/training organisation for atleast of 5-7 years .

o Excellent Project Management skills through meticulous planning & execution.

o Strong credential of developing and maintaining relationships (Internal & external).

o Should possess Consultative skills to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning.

o Should have a strong understanding & hands-on experience of Digital/SAAS /Technology based product & services.
