Business Development Manager-Third Party Inspection

• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services, particularly in the Renewable Energy sector (Solar, Wind, Biomass, Hydro).
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and business development within a TPI agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Generate leads and secure orders through cold calling, client networking, and market research.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding and addressing their needs effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams by gathering project specifications and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Review contracts, purchase/work orders to ensure compliance.
• Explore new sectors and opportunities for diversification.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, client visits, and manage digital outreach through LinkedIn, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Promote and cross-sell training programs to existing certification clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in a TPIA.
• Strong understanding of inspection services and renewable energy markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote client sites.
• Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
