Business Development Manager-Third Party Inspection

You are a dynamic Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth in Third Party Inspection services across Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing marketing strategies to generate enquiries and orders. - Identifying potential clients through outreach, networking, and market research. - Conducting client meetings, gathering requirements, and coordinating with operations for accurate execution. - Reviewing contracts/POs and ensuring compliance. - Maintaining strong client relationships, exploring new business opportunities. - Supporting digital marketing, mass mailing, and IAF-based data sourcing. - Upselling/cross-selling training programs to existing clients. - Preparing and following a monthly client visit plan. To excel in this role, you should meet the following competency requirements: - Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) with 7-10 years of experience in Third Party Inspection Activities. - Strong understanding of inspection operations and renewable energy sectors. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel; possessing a valid driving license and personal conveyance. - Performance-based salary structure.
