Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with prospective clients to generate new business for executive search and recruitment services. Develop and execute strategies to expand TheRecruit’s client base across industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders. Present company offerings in a compelling manner through meetings, calls, and presentations. Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions. Key Requirements0–5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales — ideally in HR, recruitment, or professional services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Well-groomed, confident, and outgoing personality. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
