Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing and executing business strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of BIM and CAD services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
