We are currently looking for a full-time on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Kottakkal. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conducting regular market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting. The qualifications required for this role include strong Business Development and Sales skills encompassing relationship management and lead generation, as well as proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Prior experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, and experience in the IT services industry would be a plus.,
