Business Development Manager

Business Development & Sales:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Interior Design, Fit-out, and Construction sectors.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and developers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Interior Design, Fit-out and Construction industry.
• Strong network and connections within the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
