About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively identify and pursue new client opportunities across the US market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard

    new logos

    within the IT and Non-IT staffing space.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers to pitch Talent Bridge's staffing solutions.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    4 years of proven experience

    in

    Business Development / Sales

    within the

    US Staffing industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of US staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an

    individual contributor

    .
  • Ability to work in the

    EST shift

    and manage end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle.
