🔍 Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  new business acquisition

  and

  client servicing

  in the talent and celebrity management domain.
• Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with

  brands, agencies, and platforms

  for talent-led campaigns.
• Maintain and grow a strong network of

  clients, talent managers, agencies, and celebrities.

• Collaborate with internal talent managers to pitch relevant profiles for brand campaigns.
• Build quarterly business pipelines, set revenue targets, and ensure achievement of goals.
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends to drive new opportunities and innovative partnerships.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years

  of relevant experience in

  business development, sales, or partnerships

  in the

  talent, celebrity, or artist management

  space.
• A strong

  network in the influencer/entertainment ecosystem

  across brands, agencies & talent.
• Proven track record of

  meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to independently

  lead pitches and close deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
