Since our inception in 1983, we have been committed to provide innovative electronic systems and equipment for control and monitoring of industrial processes. We design, manufacture, install and commission industrial electronics systems on turnkey basis.

 

Our system solutions are suitable for Energy management systems, Weather Monitoring Solutions, Telemetry Systems, Remote Data Collection System, Remote Meter Reading Solutions, RTU Control Panels and Systems, SCADA systems and Sub-Station Automation Systems. Required energy reports are provided as part of the system.

JOB PROFILE:

Business Development Manager – Switchgear Business

Position Overview:

Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Tension (LT) switchgear panels

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and applications for MV & LT switchgear solutions.
  • Build business plans for target industries such as utilities, renewables, data centers, manufacturing, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
  • Track industry trends, policies, and regulations impacting the switchgear market.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, government bodies, and large industrial clients.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Engage with consultants for product approvals and vendor enlistments.
  • Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Manage the entire business development lifecycle from prospecting to proposal and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with tendering and technical teams for solution designing, pricing, and bid submissions.
  • Achieve business development targets in terms of

    order pipeline, client acquisition, and market share growth

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums..
  • Promote the company’s technical strengths, certifications, and successful project references.

 

Requirement:

 

  • Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing).
  • Technical ability to learn about our products quickly and comprehensively.
  • Make and give compelling company Presentations.
  • Good negotiation and people skills to get approvals for our products.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

 

Qualifications:

•      Education: Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with additional Experiences in several relevant fields.

•      Strong understanding of MV & LT switchgear, protection systems, and power distribution.

•      Excellent relationship-building abilities and the capacity to establish and maintain professional networks.

•      Proven track record in building new markets and client relationships

•      Ability to interpret tenders, SLDs, and technical requirements.
