We are hiring Business Development Manager for Surgical and Generic medicine manufacturer at Ambattur, Chennai. Requirements Minimum 15 years’ experience in business development or sales within the surgical/medical device industry. Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and hospital procurement cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the surgical devices market. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, procurement teams, and distributors. Execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Collaborate with product, marketing, and regulatory teams to align offerings with market demands.
