Our products include Mono Cartons, Labels, Stickers, and Catch cover, meeting a wide range of packaging needs.

Role Description

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's presence .
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at high level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is a plus
