Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing market strategies, and overseeing the implementation of business plans. The role also includes negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience and active accounts on bidding platforms such as

  Freelancer, Truelancer, PeoplePerHour, Upwork, etc.

• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
