Job Description

We are hiring for -

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in semiconductor / automotive / embedded companies (HR, Engineering Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, etc.)
Pitch trained resources (freshers and laterals) for
contract staffing
models.
Understand client hiring needs for VLSI, ASIC, Physical Design, Verification, and DFT roles.
Coordinate with internal training and talent teams to match trained profiles with client requirements.
Achieve placement targets and build a repeatable client pipeline.
Maintain client relationships for repeat business and feedback on candidate performance.
Represent the company at industry events, hiring expos, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

7-10 years
of experience in
business development
,
corporate staffing
,
technical hiring
, or
talent placement
in the
semiconductor or electronics industry
.
Strong understanding of semiconductor hiring needs ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification, etc.
Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a
strong advantage
.
Proven ability to
generate leads
,
negotiate terms
, and
close placement deals
.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
