Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and acquire new business opportunities in the
commercial real estate segment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with
corporates, HNIs, investors, and developers
.
Generate leads through
market research, networking, and channel partners
.
Conduct
property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
to drive sales closures.
Prepare and present
proposals, financial models, and deal structures

Negotiate and close high-value transactions ensuring
profitable terms
for the organization.
Stay updated with
market trends, competitor activities, and legal/regulatory guidelines
related to commercial properties.
Collaborate with the
marketing, operations, and legal teams
for seamless execution of deals.
Achieve and exceed
monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

Represent BRos Corp at
industry events, expos, and networking forums
