Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 26 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial services preferred
  • Local market knowledge is an added advantage
