Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably in Shipping & Logistics). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry dynamics.
