Key Responsibilities:Field Marketing & Corporate SalesVisit companies, travel agencies, schools, and colleges to pitch your resort for team outings, retreats, and events.Generate B2B leads and convert them into group bookings.Liaisoning & PartnershipsBuild relationships with event planners, HR departments, wedding planners, and tour operators.Create tie-ups with companies for exclusive deals or packages.Event CoordinationHandle on-ground logistics for large gatherings (up to 150–200 guests).Coordinate with caterers, decorators, entertainers as needed.Booking & Guest CommunicationManage inquiries, follow-ups, and guest satisfaction for group bookings.Ensure smooth communication and coordination for large groups.🧾Experience to Look For:2–5 yearsin hotel/resort marketing, corporate sales, or event coordinationBackground in hospitality, tourism, or salesBonus: Someone who has worked inMICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)industry🌍Skill Set:Strong interpersonal & communication skills (especially in local language + English)Negotiation and deal-closing abilityUnderstanding of resort operations and guest expectationsBasic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is a plus
