Generate B2B leads and convert them into group bookings. Liaisoning & Partnerships Build relationships with event planners, HR departments, wedding planners, and tour operators. Create tie-ups with companies for exclusive deals or packages. Event Coordination Handle on-ground logistics for large gatherings (up to 150–200 guests). Coordinate with caterers, decorators, entertainers as needed. Booking & Guest Communication Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and guest satisfaction for group bookings. Ensure smooth communication and coordination for large groups. 🧾 Experience to Look For:2–5 years in hotel/resort marketing, corporate sales, or event coordination Background in hospitality, tourism, or sales Bonus: Someone who has worked in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry 🌍 Skill Set: Strong interpersonal & communication skills (especially in local language + English) Negotiation and deal-closing ability Understanding of resort operations and guest expectations Basic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is a plus

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Executive to reach out to travel agents, corporate agents, and our existing client database . The role involves updating them about our property offerings, seasonal packages, and special deals, and following up on past inquiries to build strong relationships and generate bookings. Key Responsibilities: Call travel agents and tour operators to introduce/resell our resort and Airbnb properties. Reconnect with old/existing clients to share offers, updates, and gather feedback. Explain property features, packages, and experiences clearly over the phone. Maintain a call log, track responses, and follow up consistently. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to convert leads into bookings. Requirements: Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Prior experience in telecalling / sales / hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to maintain records of calls and follow up systematically. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
