Business Development Manager-Sales

As a part of a fast-growing and results-driven Real Estate industry based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and contribute to our success. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading, motivating, and mentoring team members, sales and closing activities, reporting business strengths and areas for improvement to senior management, drafting growth strategies in collaboration with senior management, and promoting residential and commercial real estate projects through site visits. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English being a must. You should also be willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
