Job Summary:

Business Development Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential customers through calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified leads for consistent sales flow.
  • Respond quickly to incoming inquiries from digital platforms, calls, and walk-ins.

2. Product/Service Presentation

  • Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and available offers clearly.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Tailor the pitch based on customer needs and pain points.

3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  • Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and necessary documents.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Close sales within targeted timelines to meet monthly revenue goals.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale coordination for service, delivery, or on boarding.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales reports with the management team.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets under pressure with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and customer handling.
  • Self-driven, confident, and proactive with a positive attitude.
