Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders ,architects ,contractors for their existing buildings and new projects. Developandexecutesalesplansalongwiththesalesteamtodriverevenuegrowth. Negotiate,conductdemos,presentationandclosedeals,ensuringprofitabilityandlong-term partnerships Onsite marketing activities in societies with RWAs ,federation etc. Provideregularsalesreports,forecasts,andinsightstoseniormanagement. Ensurecustomersatisfactionbyaddressingqueriesandconcernseffective. Key Requirements: Provenexperienceinteamhandling,businessdevelopmentorsaleswithinthebuilding materials industry. Strongnetworkintheindustry,includingconnectionswithcontractors,developers,and distributors. Excellent negotiation ,communication ,and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingnesstotravelforclientmeetingsandbusinessdevelopmentactivitie Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
