Job Description

Responsibilities / KPI's

Agency Channel Development

Source POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.
Develop the Agency Channel for the assigned location.
Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes.
Conduct induction training and collaborate with the sales training team for product and ongoing POS training.
Maintain the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS.
Develop and execute strategies to reach various market segments.

Agency Channel Management

Monitor agent performance across renewal/fresh database, funnel, and closures.
Maintain a high percentage of active POS agents.
Control attrition among POS agents.
Ensure high productivity of the team and POS agents with the right level of engagement and motivation.

Channel Servicing

Reconcile partner accounts and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.

Profitability

Analyze market dynamics and provide feedback to enhance internal organizational strategies.
Manage loss ratios effectively.

Compliance & Hygiene

Ensure compliance with external bodies and internal company regulations.
Manage cheque bounce recovery and address business pendency.
Perform additional tasks as per KPI and growth objectives.
