Job Description

Looking for Business Development Manager and the candidate must have experience in a Digital Marketing Firm/ Agency/Company:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
Represent Red Cube Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services and expand client base.

Key Skills Requirements

Minimum
3+ years of experience
in
Business Development
roles
within a digital marketing agency
or digital advertising company is a must.
At least
1+ year in a managerial or team lead role
, with proven ability to guide, motivate, or mentor a team.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
