Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our on-site team in Guwahati. This full-time role involves identifying potential business opportunities, establishing relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients. Responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, creating and implementing growth strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products and services by understanding and addressing client objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other related documentation.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to customers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Train and develop entry-level staff into effective sales professionals


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in organizational and project management to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy or solar technology industry is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
